Dear All,

Since some years the leprosy mailing list is run on a "amateur" base by a group of four people namely Sunil Deepak, Ben Naafs, Pieter Schreuder and myself.  The amount of work has increased and some changes in the management of this initiative are now necessary.  Dr Schreuder has kindly accepted the task of "running the office" and will do most of the editing.  Drs Deepak, Naafs and I will continue helping.
