Please find in attachment a PDF file with a figure and a table about the leprosy new case detection rates (NCDR) trends at Regional level from 1991 to 2010 [latest data available].  The W.H.O. Regions are listed by decreasing NCDR in 2010.  Thank you very much for revising and, circulating it on the leprosy mailing list.  I will be happy to forward the original Excel file upon request.
