Dear Dr Noto,

 

I thank you all for the received suggestions.

 

There were no other signs of leprosy in this patient.  No history of trauma either.  I didn't ask specific question suggestive of carpal tunnel syndrome. Sensation was measured using bristles, pin and test tube containing hot and cold water.  Other nerves were not thickened.  I promised the patient to review her problem after I get an opinion from LML.  Will keep you posted.
