Dear Pieter,
Referring to the letter of Tarun Narang (LML, June 16, 2015), I would like to know from Ben and other clinical experts, what is pure leprosy neuritis without skin lesions and how it is recognised and diagnosed (definitely as leprosy) by clinicians.
Second question: how often Clinicians in leprosy field recognise leprosy at the earliest onset with clinical criteria (that includes the suspected cases).
