Dear Pieter,
American Leprosy Missions (ALM) is conducting an LRI-funded study to assess electronic data collection tools, pathways and possible health management information system (HMIS) integration for leprosy and lymphatic filariasis (LF) data related to disease management or morbidity data.
Would it be possible for LML to help disseminate the survey link for us? We are hoping to have responses back by June 30th.
If your organization is using a digital tool (tablet, software, app etc.) to collect data for LF or leprosy patient care, would you mind participating in the survey found at this link?
This will help the survey team understand what tools exist, what indicators are collected and user experience. Disease management or morbidity data may include tracking patient visits, level of disability or morbidity, follow-up, treatments etc.
We do ask that respondents provide their name and email for follow-up questions as needed, however you have the option to remain anonymous.
To those who participate in the survey, ALM will gladly share findings and lessons learned. For questions, please email Melissa Edmiston at medmiston@leprosy.org.
