* PEPHans municipalities:
a) Mato Grosso: Alta Floresta, Apiacás, Carlinda, Nova Bandeirantes, Nova Monte Verde, Paranaíta, Rondonópolis;
b) Pernambuco: Afrânio, Cabrobó, Dormentes, Lagoa Grande, Orocó, Petrolina, Santa Maria da Boa Vista;
c) Tocantins: Araguaína, Colinas do Tocantins
