Thank you very much for your comments on the
downgrading type 1 reaction [LML April 10th, 2012]. I agree
with you. So far there are no accepted criteria for the diagnosis of
downgrading type 1 reaction. If yes, what would be the meaning of the
downgrading type 1 reaction in terms of the management of the patient?
