Dear Salvatore,
Another feature that supports the opinion of Prof. Talhari (LML Oct. 12th, 2011) is that lesions in histoid leprosy usually appear in non-common sites for lepromatous lesions, what is not the case of the ear rim. Certainly, the histopathology should give more details on this case (attachment), as well to explore the possibility of a relapse case.
