Dear Dr Schreuder,
May I refer to the letter of Dr. Barreto of December 5, 2013 and thank him for his comments that BL/LL with BI 4 or higher needs more than 12 months MDT. Therefore, in India our NLEP keep this option open to treating doctor to continue MDT for another one year in those cases.
