Dear Pieter,
I enjoyed viewing the presentation submitted by P. Forgione and S. Noto. I envision it being archived as a resource file for many in the field.
A question to the authors---with my thanks to them: would there be any photos available of the footwear used by the patient at the time of initial assessment and perhaps one of modified footwear/any other footwear, if any, utilized since then? The photo/s, along with a little narrative, might further enhance the very welcome presentation as additional teaching device.
