Dear Pieter,
I would like to thank Dr. Ben Naafs for the wonderful explanation in LML of the 4th of February. I have a question about what he writes and I take this opportunity to learn from him:
I have seen in Brazil some patients, who were taking imunobiologics instead of MDT (because of wrong diagnostics) and came back with a serious clinic manifestation of Leprosy, showing also a downgrading in their initial classification.
If Leprosy is more an immunological disease, that I agree too, how can it happen?
