Dear Pieter,
A recombinant human growth factor (FCHrec), the Heberprot-P 75, is currently used in Cuba and in several other countries to cure diabetic foot neurotrophic ulcers.
Would a member of the LML have experienced such a product in Hansen's disease in which mechanism of ulcers is quite similar?
