Dear Pieter,
We regularly use Rifampicin syrup for our paediatric patients. It costs around 80 Indian rupees per bottle ( 200 ml) . Contains 100 mg per 5 ml. We give 300 mg (15 ml) once a month. One bottle lasts a year, total dosage requirement being 180 ml.
