Dear Pieter,
Extensive research on the subject including a classification system was done by Miss Jean Watson, Consultant for TLMI and as far I know, she now living in China!
Important to know if the loss of intrinsic muscle function, which seems to be a major contributing factor to forefoot ulceration, is also tested apart from the often quoted loss of sensation?
