Ref.: (LML) Request advice on a lepromatous patient treatment

Dear colleagues,
I would like to request help on a leprosy patient treatment.
A female patient, 40 years old, diagnosed as lepromatous leprosy 9 months ago. At that time she had slit smear from both ears, both elbows, both knees positive 5-6+
Histopathology also for lepromatous leprosy plus fite 6+
She started MDT according to WHO, but soon she stop clofazimine besause of the skin pigmentation. She also had to stop Dapsone because of decreased RBC count.
Her slit smears are still 5-6+. She developed erythema nodosum (biopsy confirmed)
She is taking thalidomide for that.
What drug could I use alongside Rifampicin?
