Dear Pieter,
Am following with great interest the LML discussions on the prevention and the best treatment of MB leprosy.
As a Reconstructive Surgeon I often feel rather ignorant on the interpretation of the latest developments in this !
Can anyone please help me with any good publication on the outcome of a reliable (multicenter?) study on the viability of M. Leprae found in nasal swabs/biopsies of MB patients at the time of RFT, and 2yrs, 5 and 10yrs hereafter?
