Many of us are worried about the direction leprosy control is going. Sometimes it is as if the wheel must be invented again.

Dr Robert Gelber is compiling his thoughts on treatment in the enclosed article (The Treatment of MB Leprosy:  We Can Do Better – Seeking the Best Treatment for Those for Whom We Are Responsible).
