Dear Salvatore,

Thank you very much to prof. Coster for reporting about the above mentioned patient and to the colleagues describing their personal experiences relevant to the present case.  I am only eager to know the follow up of this patient e.g.:-  has transplantation been carried out?  if so how the patient is doing;  if not how the patients is being treated and how is the patient?

I sincerely hope that the patient is doing well and I wish all the best to the patient and the doctor who is taking care of the patients.
