Dear Pieter,
People have been contacting me regarding the ILC2016 about an unresponsive registration webpage, and thus also the inability to upload any abstracts.
I suggest cutting and pasting the abstract rather than uploading, as yet I have not heard whether this worked.
The China Organisers have agreed to extend the deadline to 28th February but the website has not been updated. China has the New Year public holiday this week so there will be no response from them until Monday 15th.
