Dear Dr Das,
Thanks for your message [LML Dec. 16th, 2012] and suggestions about on the upcoming International Leprosy Congress in September 2013! I would like to strongly endorse you on the proposal of giving to the topic of "neuritis and its treatment" a central place in the programme! Without neuritis there would be far less a " leprosy problem". My suggestions are as follows:-
a. (new) possibilities for early detection of neuritis.
b. (new) suggestions for its treatment. Any place for e.g. for TNF alpha inhibitors?
My personal interest in attending the congress will strongly depend on its clinical relevance.
