Dear Dr Noto,

Thank you very much to Dr Theuvenet [LML Nov. 27th, 2012 << Consider nerve decompression when other treatment fails >>] and to the other colleagues that have contributed to this topic.

I have been performing peripheral nerve decompression neurolysis procedures in the Hansen's disease population in Ecuador for ten years (with follow up) and have been most impressed with pain reduction, motor improvement and increase in limb function with these procedures to the upper and lower extremity.

Yours sincerely,

Dr. James Wilton
