Dear Dr Zunarsih,

 

Thank you for your message [LML Nov. 7^th, 2012].  I have in my file three papers on Zinc in Leprosy.  There are a lot of papers on its influence on immunity.  It is often mentioned in review papers on the treatment of ENL.

 

My own exprience on the treatment with zinc was in Ethiopia in the late 1970teeths.  I thought that it was just the normal resolution of ENL.  Zinc had according to me no extra influence.  Herewith enclosed are the three articles.
